Day 87: Cards # 379 & # 1396

Got a few more cards in via a trade with the My 2008 Topps Set Blog.  Here's the first 2 for you to peruse:

Card # 379:  Magglio Ordonez, 2010 Topps Gold 212, Detroit Tigers (379/2010)
Noteworthy:  Has more hits vs. Brad Radke (29/69, .420 avg) than any other pitcher he's faced.

Card # 1396:  Jered Weaver, 2011 Topps Update Gold US236, Los Angeles Angels (1396/2011)
Noteworthy:  Had a pretty good 2011, 18-8, 2.41 ERA WHIP of 1.010 which most years would win the Cy Young.  Ran into the Verlander train this year unfortunately....

Set completion rate so far:  379/1500 or 25.27%

I was reading your post, thinking about how I would be mad if I pulled a seriel numbered checklist...On the way home from dinner tonight we stopped at Meijer for some things and I bought a couple rack packs...I pulled a 2011 Topps Series 2 Ichiro Gold Border #385 215/2011. Do you want this card?
